This model is designed to help real estate organizations, REITs, and other organizations managing lease agreements, with the comprehensive review, extraction, and output of critical lease data into a defined format(s). Leveraging Leah’s extensive GenAi capabilities through dynamic extraction and analysis of lease agreements, users can get an accurate understanding of important lease terms within their lease agreements such as tenant fees, uplift costs and charges, assignment rights, term lengths, tenant responsibilities critical obligations and more. Through flexible and highly configurable extraction prompts, this model aids lease-centric organizations the ability to transform unstructured contracts into structured data that is actionable, and empowers users to make more strategic business decisions through increase visibility, drive revenue while optimizing costs, improve operational efficiency through automation, and mitigate contractual risk during the lease review process.

The Lease Abstraction solution within the Leah GenAi platform engages the Leah Extract module for analysis and extraction of key lease terms from lease agreements. Upon upload of a lease agreement or group of agreements into Leah Extract, users can access the Lease Abstraction prompt to extract lease agreement-specific terms, clauses, or other obligations from their agreements. The extracted data will be presented to the user in an organized, tabular format and is exportable from the solution into an excel file which can be further pre-defined based on a template. This allows for the seamless transfer of data into an easily digestible and actionable defined format that can be leveraged for further analysis or ingested into other solutions.
